Naveen Bhatia
Naveen has spent three decades turning complex technology programs into results. He began in program management at Qualcomm, then led engineering and network programs at WFI and LCC, a Tech Mahindra company, before serving as Vice President at Nexius Solutions and as Vice President of the Transformation Management Office at KGPCo, where he guided organizations through large-scale operational change.
He's also a small business owner himself. Since 2005 he has owned and run The Bhatia Team, a Triangle real estate business, so he understands the day-to-day realities owners face: chasing leads, keeping clients engaged, and doing it all with a lean team. At Nimbus, he combines that enterprise transformation discipline with an owner's practicality to build systems that grow revenue without adding headaches.

Rahul Bhatia
Rahul works side by side with small business owners to find where time, leads, and customers are slipping away, then turns those gaps into simple, automated fixes. His internship at SAS, the Cary-based analytics company, shapes how he approaches every engagement: start with the data, focus on what moves revenue, and measure what changes.
From mapping a client's lead flow to setting up the forms, follow-ups, and integrations that keep it running, Rahul is the hands-on partner who makes sure new systems get adopted, not just installed.
